Pilates in Alresford
My regular Pilates Mat classes in Alresford are at the new, state-of-the-art Station Mill Health & Fitness. The dedicated Pilates & Barre studio fits up to 10-12 people in it, with plenty of space to move around and enjoy the atmosphere.

These classes are for all abilities, but are especially suited to those who have a basic understanding of Pilates. Classes typically incorporate some Pilates mat equipment, such as the ball, Pilates ring or Therabands.

Pilates in Farnham
My regular Pilates Mat classes in Farnham are at my studio, The Wellbeing Space, a stunning barn-conversion. Located in the heart of the beautiful town, the lofty, beamed studios are an idyllic place to practice Pilates. Geared towards smaller class sizes, you'll still benefit from more individual attention to maximise your results.
