New York City based manual therapist and connective tissue specialist Sue Hitzmann has transformed groundbreaking neuro-fascial science and hands-on therapies into a one-of-a-kind self-treatment method called MELT. Using specialized techniques, a soft body roller, and four different small balls, MELT rehydrates the connective tissue, rebalances the nervous system, and restores space to compressed joints.

This bed-like specialist piece of equipment, has a flat platform (called a carriage) on top, where the majority of exercises take place. Depending on your specific needs or targets, the carriage will have a variety of weighted springs attached to it, which allows each exercise to have more - or less - resistance to them. The straps attached to the pulleys means that there is even more exercise progression/possibilities.
The Reformer remains an extremely popular, low-impact way to getting results in your body, fast, and is a super tool in improving people's musculoskeletal health.

Our Covid precautions
- We're currently cashless and kindly request that all payments be made online via our secure booking system prior to each appointment.
- Your temperature will be taken upon arrival - please don't be offended when asked.
- All surfaces in the treatment room are thoroughly disinfected with medical-grade wipes/spray prior to each appointment; the room is well ventilated too.
- Your practitioner will be in new PPE for each massage treatment. This includes: mask, visor, apron & non-latex gloves - it's quite a sight.
- Face masks must be worn during your massage treatment (but can be taken off when your head is down in the face cradle).
- During Private Pilates sessions (mat or Reformer), face masks can be taken off if there is adequate space (2+ metres) between us; at present there won't be any hands-on adjustments.
