Think you have to see a practitioner in-person to relieve tension, stress and generally feel better? Think again. 

Our Online Wellness & Self-Care session is designed to help and empower busy people - or those unable to leave the home/office easily - to still benefit from bespoke preventative wellness treatment, just virtually.

Depending on your current issues/wellbeing goals, these

45-min proactive sessions typically blend a fusion of tailored Sports stretches, Advanced Massage techniques, Myofascial work, Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure therapy, Mindfulness, Alexander Technique, & Breath-work, alongside Wellness goal-setting & Accountability. 

By asking you a series of wellness, health and lifestyle questions at the time of booking, Charlie will create a truly tailored online session...just for you.

What to expect

Once you're booked in, you'll automatically receive an email with Zoom link in it. This will go live a few minutes before our session starts (always worth checking your junk/spam folder for the email). We recommend that you find a quiet location where you won't be disturbed.


Clients get the most out of the e-sessions by having the following to hand (but don't worry if you can't get all of these):

• Pre-heated hot water bottle/heat pack

• Tennis ball/(clean) dog ball 

• Blanket/scarf to keep you warm

• Pillow/cushion

• Yoga/exercise mat

• A section of wall or door, free from pictures/door handles.

When it's time for us to start, simply click your Zoom link (making sure you've downloaded Zoom - which is free - and that your speakers/microphone are working).

Then simply enjoy your bespoke e-session!
